Did I get a good deal on my truck?

Did I get a good deal on my truck?
I traded in my 05 scab for an 2011 scab. Now, the 2011 only had 12,000 miles (for whatever reason). I actually swore it was a 2012 when I signed the loan papers and saw it was 2011.
Anyway, here is the truck. 2011 XLT, Scab. Blue flame 4X4 with 3.5 ecoboost. It has convenience package, plus package, chrome package, bed liner and tailgate step and max tow, running boards, locking chrome wheels etc with 12,000 miles. It has everything I wanted minus the leather seats (getting them installed). I put a undercover tonneau bed cover, 2" leveling kit, tinted the front windows, visors, deflectors etc. I really love it, has tons of power (surprised the crap out of me. I was thinking wimpy engine when I heard ecoboost v6).
It was 28,000. They gave me 5,000 for my trade in. My understanding is this 4x4 truck with ecoboost trimmed out xlt scab is about 40,000.
So did I get a good deal?
Also, I have a lot of questions. I should probably just keep them in this thread. For example...the dome light. Stupid design. Took me forever to figure out the on/off function. Still have trouble.

Couple things I have going on. I would love a way to put an on/off switch or relay to my two 12v outlets. (One in the front and back seat). That's number 1. Would like to turn it off (I have an inverter with air purifier etc)
I am installing a double din pioneer head unit. I have researched it pretty well. I have the bezel under control and my understanding is I need a special harness to work with my steering wheel controls. I would also like to leave sync as is. I reality like it. I just want to upgrade my stock sound system (which sucks). I would like a back up camera (have the sensor) to hook up trailors, that could work with my head unit. Would also like a front camera.

I think I found a shallow 12" sub 3.5" depth Rockford fosgate. I've already picked out my 6x8 pioneer door speakers. I have a multichannel 1000w amp. Will this sub fit under the back seat?
My biggest itch and gripe. There has got to be a REASONABLE way to install power folding mirrors. I can BARELY fit me and my wife's car in the garage. It's pissing me off. Forget about flashing, I will have to run a separate circuit to the fuse box with its own switch. I don't care. I will lose the diming feature but will gain puddle and fold. I HAVE to have this. Should be standard on all trucks jeez.
That's about it. Going to install clazzio leather seat covers (I hear they are good) and my head unit will NOT have nav as for the most part they don't hold a candle to the new garmins. Researched and most say the new nuvis blow the factory nav out the water. And their is mixed reviews on kenwoods/pioneers nav as well as others.
That's my rant. Down the road will be twin magnaflow exhaust, ambient light kit, remote start and a two tone paint (on the bottom like the lariat)
Also, do wheel well inserts/covers (on the rear wheels) make the truck look that much better?
Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to like it here.

I was in the same boat as far as wanting a new stereo but I wanted to keep Sirius, Bluetooth, steering wheel controls and SYNC. I ordered a Kenwood stereo and also the Maestro adapter in order to keep all the factory features. They offer 2 different adapters, PAC and Maestro. PAC only retains SYNC. The Maestro works with several Kenwood decks and a few Pioneers and retains all 4 features. I ordered mine from Crutchfield (you may find it cheaper elsewhere but they tech support can't be beat). They also include all the necessary adapters, dash kits and harnesses you may need.

But still, did I get a good deal or what? Just curious. I see the 2013 going out for a little more. But I don't think those are 4x4/ecoboost and have all the goodies. I dunno.
I keep contemplating trading it back in. Although I am pretty happy with it.
