Dealer refusing service
Woody Anderson is a joke. If you have the time try Lynn Layton in Decatur. I haven't ever used them but they are trying to gain some ground in ford sales since they haven't been there that long. I live in athens and we have a semi decent dealer. Mcclary ford but they are kind of hit or miss. I use sharp motor company in Pulaski tenn. and have been extremely pleased with them. I bought my 2011 and my 2012 from them and they have addressed any issues I've had, no matter how small they were.

Decatur is not a bad drive at all for me, especially if I get resolution on the issue. Thanks for the advice!
I would say to call them and explain your issues, especially with the service from the other dealer, and that Ford is now involved.
If they will work with you, go visit them. Try and build a relationship with your dealer, it will help so much more when you run into issues like this.

On the other hand, dealers are not going to do warranty work, which does not meet Ford's criteria for warranty payment. That is what happened to the OP.
Of course, by your definition, a " good dealer " is one that cheats Ford, by doing a TSB that does not meet the criteria for warranty payment. Then, we can all ultimately pay more for Ford trucks because Ford will have to recover the cost somewhere.
I bought a TSB to my dealer concerning the transmission shifting and they told me it didn't apply to my year truck so they didn't do it.
I brought it to the same dealer again for another TSB for the thunk feeling concerning the slip yoke and they did fix that under warranty because it did apply to my truck.
FYI: the slip yoke thunk only applies to the 157" trucks that have the two part drive shaft, does not apply to the 5.5' beds from what I read.
Once they did the slip yoke TSB, it hasn't happen since. When it was in, I told them that my brakes squeal (have 20k miles on it) and they resurfaced my brakes under warranty, no questions asked even though they stated the couldn't reproduce it themselves.
For the shutter issue, I would ask them for you to go with them and hopefully reproduce it while you are both in the truck.
