Dealer Oil Change Cost

Just had my oil changed today at local dealer. $43.16 out the door, 7 quarts 5-20 plus filter. Checked all other vitals and aired up tires/
Seemed like a fair price to me what do you think?
Have a 101,00 miles, they recommend anti freeze change and transmission filter and fluid. Price seemed high at $124.00 anti freeze. $199 tranny 16 quart's plus filter. Did not let them do it, will do at home myself.

Works
It shows the offer expires but that offer gets renewed each time and has been that way for 3 years

I've only had my truck into the dealer for the 1st oil change
It was supposed to be free for life w/purchase of truck
They charge me (9 years ago) maybe $20....tech said labor was free, oil/filter were not included
That was the last time I went to that dealer & I let the salesman know

Thanks everyone. I am amazed at the price variance across the US. I guess it is charge what the traffic will bear.
FYI, Should have looked for coupon as they are on line if you Google them. My error.

Haven't had a dealer change my oil yet, been doing it myself just for piece of mind and I don't mind doing it. For a synthetic (Motorcraft) and filter oil change $40 or lower is a excellent deal. I can get the Motorcraft synthetic blend 5w20 and name brand filter at Walmart for just under $40. I also rotate the tires at oil change..5k intervals. Anyway like I said I don't mind doing and it saves me a few dollars. I've seen some of these quick lubes places in my area go upwards of $60 for a oil change -w- conventional motor oil & tire rotation. I understand convenience and all but I ain't dropping that kind of cash for something that simple to do.

seems high on the anti freeze but not too bad on the trans. Fluid is like $6/quart + oem filter @ $25? would rather them jack with it than take a bath in atf, ever since I switched conditions I haven't needed my yearly ATF hair treatment.

I do my own oil changes and tire rotations. Mobil 1 full synthetic and Motorcraft filter. The parts cost me about $45 and it takes maybe 2 hours to do it all.
I have a '13 XLT with the typical chrome-covered aluminum wheels. Doing it myself lets me thoroughly wash the brake dust off the wheels when I rotate them. I doubt the dealer will do that. I can also ensure the lugnut torque is right. I can also ensure the oil level is right, and any spilled oil is wiped up.
On the other hand, it does consume a couple of hours of my precious time on this planet.
