luckily my truck didn't have a chance to have a decal put on. Bought it before it really had long to hit their inventory. What I can't believe is the people running around with a decal across their back window from dealers. There is no way I would let it leave the lot looking like that.

My purchases are always contingent upon the decal being safely removed.

I never seen anything painted on by the dealer. the stickers/plate frames/ect. do no harm. I take it off when I get home or get my plates in. not a big enough deal to 'demand' them removed once you buy it, silly.

As others have noted, the 1st mod' is to remove the dealership decal(s).

Followed by the removal of any UAW decal.
