Default DDM tuning beware!!!!!!

Ive purchased numerous kits through them....couple before worth, but finally i have had enough of their crap products and shaddy customer service dealings. Not to mention their shotty products almost catching my truck on fire twice.

My harness melted. And started buring while i was driving. I could smell it in my truck. ...then my fog light pretty much exploded and melted everywhere. Have had zero help with their customer service. Wanted my money back.....even asked for a credit so they could keep my $$...but i have heard absolutely ZERO from them. ......terrible business practice and wont own up to shotty products that they import from China.....

Pics to follow. ....

This is also on top of the numerous returns that have been made to them. I'm just trying to inform other consumers of my experience and if they like thier trucks like I do.....u suggest staying away from their products ......atleast thier HIDs

The retrofit source has some of the best HID kits, I had a DDM a few years back which only lasted a few days. Crappy quality and flickered like crazy.

Yes, Im saving up for a legit lighting upgrade. Going with oem HID with retrofitsource products. No more Garbage.

Also as I just got off the phone with DDM. The person I informed about thier shotty products and not wanting to return for another set of HIDs was the owner.........hmmmm you'd think they want to keep my business not ignore me.......still shaking my head.
