Default Custom Raptor grill install

Pretty excited bout what I just got. Had my cousin get these cut on a water jet system. Gonna have them powder coated black and tack weld thread alls on the back and bolt them to my mesh grill.

What y'all think?

This is what I'll be bolting them to. I'm gonna have the skid plate powder coated black while I'm at it. I also have raptor heads in the mail

Tell you what, the F is a PITA cause it isn't flat all the way across like the other letters.

I'm thinking about putting a 1/8" rubber washer between the letters and grill to give a 3D look. Might give me some more play when it comes to bolting them on

Removed my straight edge to check the height and gaps. Now I'm gonna open the hood and mark where I want my mounting bolts to be welded

Will look great when done. Got any friends that work in a manufacturing plat where they have stud welders? The process will keep the heat low and you will have a super strong weld with little to no distortion
