Were you ever able to find the CAD files?

Made with 11ga. steel tubing cut, machined and then TIG welded together. Complete with a stainless steel skid plate. I might add some 4" or 6" lights on top of the center bar at some point. I plan on doing some Fuel Mavericks and a more aggressive tire in the near future which should help tie in the rugger look with the rest of the truck. Although I am considering making some step bars to match now.
How did you cut the square tubing in the diamond shape like that?

Yes, it is all TIG welded. To cut the tubing and get the diamond effect, it has to be set up on a 45 degree angle. I set the tubing in V blocks and also used them when welding it together. You could make a jig using angle iron. Just put two pieces side by side like this ^^ and the tubing will lay between them.

I had a Spyder Bull Bar on my 2005 but sold it with the truck. I heard a ton of compliments from it. I wish I could come up with something like these. Good looking trucks!!!
