Big Blue Flame!!!
Lol, glad I can help out a fellow Canadian foruk member spend some more money on mods, I put that badge on last June and its held up decent for our winter, I would recommend putting a couple of coats of clear coat on before install, I did not do that but will be replacing with a new one that I will do it too, just in a couple of places the decal has faded!!!. Be prepared for lots of comments and where did you buy it from etc and enjoy!!!!

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I've actually taken it back off and welded the tabs on for some lights and done a little more welding and some finishing the weld joints. Not sure what lights I'm going to do. Im thinking some KCs or similar. I don't like the small LED lights, and Im not spending a ton on a good LED bar. I think a 6" light will fit perfect in that spot, and be right in line with the bumper fogs. Should look pretty good. I had thought about welding some tabs on the lower front area, that I could hang shackles from since I lost the tow hooks. But I didn't know if that would look tacky.

This is awesome, it would be even better if you could give me some dimensions, lol let me explain. I've always liked the look of a spyder bull bar, and am planning on building a similar one like you, I have even went and bought a cut off chop saw to build it, the only problem is I can not find dimensions anywhere online. That being said would you be interested in sending me the auto-cad file or just some rough dimensions, because I intend on making it out of 3" tubing. That would be awesome so I know how much tubing to buy.

I used 2.5" tubing. I used about 8 feet worth. The top piece is 22" long, then 50 degree angles, I think the next two are 12" long. All other angles are 45 degrees. I will have to measure it to get any other dimensions, I can't find the CAD file. I may not have even saved it.

How much do you think you could make one for with tow hooks? What would the price difference be between the black and the stainless? How about shipping? I have a 2012 F150 supercrew... Thanks!

To be honest, I don't really care to make any more. I thought I might at first. I looked at a small setup to crank a dozen or so out and see what the market would do. I changed my mind though. I really like having something somewhat unique. I even started a hitch bumper thing with the same material just to have a one off part. It should look pretty good. Tucks in really close to the rear bumper, and I'm going to install some LEDs reverse lights in it. It just slips into the receiver hitch.
