Creating a mystery
Tomorrow night I drop off my 2011 F150 5.0 to get a True-trac carrier installed in the differential.
I figure that someday, somewhere, a mechanic, or a owner is going to want to service that differential, so I had a 1-1/2" Stainless Steel tag laser engraved for it, and I'm going to affix it back there as soon as I get the truck back.
I can hear it now - somebody claiming that their 2011 came from the factory with a True-trac, and they'll have the tag to prove it - LOL
Do I had a perverted sense of humor, or what ?
