No there is not a switch on the hood rail for NO start just the hood lamp. The raeson that truck will not start is it most likey has damage wiring to PCM or the PDC. That is a lot of damage to that truck.

U saying you didn't have insurance? That's brutal if true, and also illegal where I'm from....

My insurance lapsed that day I called to claim my accident and they said sorry your insurance lapsed at 12am last night.. Great thing to hear as you look at your truck. I yelled at them I'm said and you guys don't send out letters stating your insurance is going to lapse they look into it further and see I just made a payment to my insurance which also is my home owners insurance I had Already paid for home owners I called to pay for auto the dumb *** rep on the phone applied it to homeowners not to the car insurance they said sorry our mistake but sorry we can't go back and change I've been fighting with management for a week now looks like we are going no where and they don't wanna fork up the money for the truck I'm so pissed

I didn't think any would even do a policy without either an auto-payment or full payment up front.
Guess maybe I've had auto pay for so long now, I haven't bothered to look at other options.
