Default Cranking but not starting

Alright I need a little help. I have a 2010 F150 KR 4x4. A couple weeks ago leaving mattress firm it wouldn't start. It cranked just fine but wouldn't turn over. I have an Edge programmer and I pulled the diagnostic code and it was something to do with the ECU it said. I check all fuses, disconnected battery and cleared code and it never would start. Had it towed and of course it fired right up at the shop. I left it there and they went out to crank it later and it wouldn't start. The conclusion they came up with is my battery that was 5 months old was discharging and that's how come it wouldn't start. That didn't make sense bc it was still reading 12.5~V when I was trying to crank it. Alright whatever cool, put a new battery in and everything was fine for a week until yesterday it started to do it again. Same thing. Cranking fine but won't turn over. This time no codes were thrown. I've heard it could be something to do with the ignition sensor or module. Any information or similiar situation would be appreciated. Thank You!

Did you check Fuse 27, the fuel pump fuse?

Yes sir. Checked all possible problematic fuses. Started just fine all day today, had issues yesterday and the day before. Sometimes it does it. Sometimes it doesn't

Can you hear fuel pump come on still when it won't start.

I just did the mini fuse #27 relocate to front of panel with larger slow blow style fuse.

It's a kit for $28 mentioned in a tsb. Mine did random no starts, but pump was obviously not coming on.

Man, I'm experiencing the EXACT same issues with my '09. I just picked it up from the shop today because they can't get the truck to duplicate the issue. I feel it's just a matter of time before it leaves me stranded again (not a good feeling). Please let me know if you discover the source of the problem and I'll do the same for you.

Here's the TSB and part number to fix our issue. Luckily my dealer had ONE in stock.
