Cracked wheel
It can be straightened and welded, but this is illegal in many states because failures after improper welding are common, personally I'd just buy a used wheel as it will likely be the same price as repairing your cracked wheel. The big issue is that you need to know what type of aluminum your welding to weld it properly as this dictates what type of filler metal to use, and most wheel repair shops have no way of verifying the grade of aluminum the wheel is made from.
Lots of options of ebay for used wheels for $85-$120 shipped.

Yeah I would look for a used rim.
I have seen cracked alloy rims welded and be back to normal but I would be reluctant to get a rim bent back to normal and then weld the crack.
Can you post a picture of the rims face and where you are located.

Buy a wheel on Craigslist...lots of cheap factory wheels.
I gave a set of four of those wheels with tires away when I went to 20’s.
Almost time for tires. They have dry rot on the sidewalk and looks like yours were made the 34th week of 2016.

As others have said, buy a used one off CL or eBay. Or look for a slightly used full set of 4 wheels with tires, there are some good deals to be had on CL when other people upgrade from stock.
