Any thoughts on this would be welcome .the picture is of the computer screen which showed that my truck can tow up to 9100lbs. But seems high from what I've read on this forum.
9100 lbs is with 3.73 gears. My Supercab with 5.0 and 3.55 is rated 7800 lbs, I suspect your Supercrew will be a little less than that because of the extra weight of the longer cab.

The real limiting factor with a 5th wheel will be the pin weight. What is the max payload weight on the yellow sticker on the driver door jam of your truck? You probably are somewhere around 1500 lbs, and that includes the driver, passengers, any aftermarket add-ons, the weight of the 5th wheel hitch, and the pin weight of the 5th wheel. It will be pretty hard to find a 5th wheel that is towable by an F150 that doesn't have the Max Payload package...

so it looks like I need to R&R the gears to the 3.73...or go with the T.T.

Truck is a 2013, Scab, 5.0 4wd with 3.55's, payload rating is 1600ish lbs so I'm good to go with 10% tongue weight. I'll make sure to post my experiences, I'm excited to see how it does
Okay...so as promised here is my review of how the truck performed during the move:

Trailer - 6' X 12' Uhaul cargo trailer, 1920lbs dry weight
Cargo - enough to fill a 2 bedroom apartment - about 2000lbs best guess
Payload - 10% tongue weight (or close) 392lbs, 3 people 500ish lbs, full bed of loaded boxes 400lbs for a total of 1292lbs
Total combined cargo weight (trailer + payload) - 4820lbs

**Please keep in mind, aside from the dry trailer weight these are estimates only, but I think I'm fairly close.

Truck has a tow rating of 7800lbs with a payload of 1600lbs.
I was using a standard 2" ball hitch (6000lbs rating) and the trailer had hydraulic surge brakes...not really a fan.

The truck pulled really REALLY nicely, kept it in tow / haul mode most of the time and it stuck in 5th / 6th gear 85% of the time, it knocked down to 4th a few times going up some steeper hills. Never felt low on power and pulled away from stop lights effortlessly. The grade shifting is what impressed me the most, with the cruise on it used engine braking really nicely to hold my speed, didn't have to touch the brakes at all going down hill.

I will admit I never exceeded 100 km/h but the on board computer gave me an average fuel consumption of 16.5 L/100km or about 14.2mpg, over the 400km trip. I have to admit I'm very happy with that.

I think the truck did really well, it rode great when loaded, felt strong and confident, very impressed. The truck felt like it could have handled much more if required too

Getting the horse trailer out tomorrow to clean it up for a show this weekend. Maybe I will get some better pics with it and the truck cleaned up and ready. I plan to wrap it this year to match the truck. I might also go out and find out how much it is to acid wash the aluminum on it. While I am there I will get a new weigh in with the interior mods we made last summer.

Well have not towed anything yet, just getting the truck up for either a T.T. or a 5th wheel. I know that stock, the 5th that I want will be over my tow rating so I put on a pair of Firestone air bags and I'm at a cross roads. If I change out the 3.55 for 3.73 that will take my rating from 7500 to 9100 at a cost of $3000 but have been told I can increase my tow rating with a tuner. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated .

You can spend whatever you want. You can never legally increase your tow capacity.

according to Ford if I have 3.73 gears my tow rating is 9100, with the 3.55 gears my rating is 7500.

I'm not saying the truck won't do it....it will. Just saying that legally (I believe), the truck's towing capacity will never change from the time it leaves the factory no matter the modifications. I think your limiting factor will be payload in either case.

I appreciate your input as I'm looking to do it right. I talked to the dealership today and they told me that it would increase to the 9100 lbs not sure what paper work I would need as to proof of the increase in rating.
