Default Coolant question

Ok so I took my 13 in for its first oil change, I don't usually trust dealers as it is but first one was free so y not... Well has 2800 miles figured do it early because motors breaking in and should b done sooner and I checked today and it was dark and a quart low. So take it in do the oil change and besides the oil I tell them coolant is low, which it was barely any in the full bottle. This brings me to my question it had blue in it from the factory and now it has red in it? Are these 2 comparable to mix? It's a 5.0 btw

Confusing radiator reservoir with windshield washer reservoir perhaps? I have never seen a blue coolant.

It was a bluish purple that I'm 100% sure of and no I know the difference between antifreeze and washer fluid.

There's no way it should be blue or purplish. The coolant should be more of a red/orange
