Thanks for the replies. Its at a shop waiting on a diagnosis. Didn't know about the blend door actuator. I just don't get a truck with 60k on it having this problem. I take good care of my vehicles. My 97 jeep heater core is also leaking but it has 200K on it so I can kinda understand that.

So far this truck has had

Broken Sunroof track - fixed under warranty
AC Blower Motor and Resistor replace - fixed under warranty
Rotors b/c ford's suck
Now this.

Starting to really lose confidence in Ford, tell me I am being unreasonable.

So getting to the question of keeping it for a long time, I was planning on it but not so sure now. Can't remember a vehicle with this many problems with such low miles. These are not hard driven miles, not even 5 years old nor paid off.

Extended warranty on your next purchase regardless of make. It would cover all of the issues you have.

I bought a 7yr/75000 mile extended warranty on my truck for a reason. I work on these things for a living.

Take it with a grain of salt and pony up for the extended warranty, you may not need it but if you do and don't have it, your wallet fills up with cob webs instead of green backs.

Well I did have an extended but only 5 year 60,000 miles. First time I have bought one and at least it paid for the sunroof and blower/resistor. Still is a pile of........

Ok so shop ran pressure test and could find no leak?

There was water/liquid on the passenger floor board under the mat and I have weather techs so it has to be coming down the firewall. I am unsure if it was actually coolant under the truck from the ac drain since I kind of brushed it off that night thinking it was just normal condensation. I will run the ac on the way home today and see what drips when I get home and capture some in a glass.

The passenger floor is dry now and dry when I got to work on my regular 30 mile commute so I am thinking perhaps satellite antenna. Was the foam gasket still an issue with 2013+

I haven't seen water dripping from the grab handle which a lot of people mentioned when I researched this type of leak.

How about the third brake light? Most say headliner showed signs and water on back seats. I have not seen that. At this point I am

Was the windshield ever replaced? Could be leaking, pull up the fuse cover on the passenger kick panel and check for corrosion behind there.

If you're not actually losing coolant, don't have coolant smell in the truck and your windshield doesn't fog up with coolant fumes when you put the heat on defrost, I wouldn't have anything replaced. Chances are you have a water leak somewhere into the cab or a plugged AC drain hose or sunroof drain. Could the orange color have been rust? Could the drip have come from somewhere besides the drain hose and you are chasing two unrelated issues?

Yes I have the satellite antenna. That was my next guess.

Question, has anybody put the little 90 degree elbow on the ac drain tube. I noticed there is a TSB out there but my year isn't included however; I have the same drain and it looks like water drips onto the firewall b/c the drain barely sticks out.

This is the TSB http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/fo..._150727_A1.pdf
