Default convert to OEM HID?

I'm wanting to get HID's put into my truck. Is there any way to use the 2013+ HID's and put them on my 2012?

Yep, you just need a harness to adapt them.

Look at the retrofit source, they should have what you need.

Looks like they have the headlights and the harness. Do i have to get the "OE Osram Ballasts?

I see they have the kit for $700 and you have the option to get the ballasts for $300 but do I need them?

If I recall, you need the stock bulbs, ballasts, light and harness.

There is a spot for the ballast on the light.

You should also look up Bilinvic or yikes hid, they are for more experienced than I.

Bil may have everything you need as well as Yuke and it may be easier to deal with them.

Complete set ups pop up on the for sale section as well pretty regularly. That is an option and will also, most likely, save you some time and money.
