On another note with the donor truck, we had posted that this truck with 5 additional ounces, seemed to do well, some time back. We pushed it further, 4 more ounces for a total of 33, which deteriorated the cooling.
So our next tests will more than likely be: adjust the pot lower to 300k and or add 5 ounces and test at 350k.
Just some thoughts!

I decided to buy a dedicated Windows 7 tablet that I can use for IDS, that way it's easily storable in the console when not in use. When I want snow I will command it LOL.

Drive home and got in the truck parked in some shade. Thermometer said 110. Within about 5 minutes, temp out of the vent had dropped to about 48. Got on freeway and temp went to a solid 40 at 92-94 degrees.
System on recirc and fan speed 3 or 4.

Here is what is in the donor truck, it works much better that the original 10K pot, it is a single turn switch pot, 1 meg linear closed case. Cost 11 bucks! Currently set at 353K, per the digital multimeter.
