That leather looks nice! Were the bottom plastic parts of the seat black stock or did you paint it?

I painted them. Took a half of day, and 3 coats of krylon plastic paint cans. I should have done more because the front is worn a little and you can see the gray. Need to repaint them. And allow them to dry for a few days instead of hours. Haha

You swapped the gauge cluster to the new style?

More info on that? Everything works?

I've changed the face on my 09 cluster to that of a lariat. Pretty easy change. I had to change the lense though since it has the trip reset button. Or just drill a hole in the glass be way easier

It doesn't have the LCD screen in the middle though, or does it?

Here's some pictures before I do the actually write up.
Two screws under top of dash.
There is two more on the top of the gauge cluster.
One more on the bottom left and one more on the bottom right. All 7mm in size.
The gauge I am swapping to has 20300 miles on the readout. My truck actually has 15000 right now. Dealership said they may be able to reflash it to read the correct mileage. For $200. Ha I'll just wait. But without changing the steering wheel buttons I was able to navigate through all the screens. All functioned correctly.
