Default "Comfy Sheep" seat pads

I posted awhile ago on another thread topic about seat covers that I'd ordered the subject seat pads for my FX4. Got 'em, like 'em and figured I'd share some pics...

I've been a fan of sheepskin pads on my various motos (vinyl or leather seats) which minimizes the dreaded monkey-butt syndrome. I checked those sites in search for something for my truck but found products cut for motos only - no cages. Leather looks rich but I really prefer the comfort of cloth - whether it be hot, cold or damp climate. The way I optioned my truck, leather was included - like it or not. Yeah, they have heated/cooled venting but still not my preference.

So googling revealed the source supplier. Using their vehicle specific product finder showed some full coverage sheepskins which didn't appeal to me visually and IMO would be overkill in any case. But then, aha! The product link below was at very bottom of F150 products which implied might be custom cut for F150 bucket seats, however dimensional and other details were lacking.

With a call to their 800 number, I learned; yes universal, 20"x20" w/ rounded corners, non-skid backing plus no attachment straps. Pelts are tanned in Asia but family-owned biz produces finished products here in USA (hooray!). I was convinced enough to place my order then and there.

OK, flash shots taken outside show FX4 black leather as grey but "midnight black" sheepskin blends in beautifully to the eye. Four other color choices are available. Size is absolutely perfect for F150 buckets and the non-skid will keep in place while preventing any abrasion to leather seating surfaces. IMO, a winner for $120 shipped.

Don't you just love it when they cover the toilet seat and they won't stay up and you have to hold it up when you take a leak
