Quick question, you want to order them already painted? Or READY for paint?
Already painted i doubt you can get. I rarely see them come in already done.
Ready for paint, then have someone paint them, or you do it yourself is more likely.
Or do what some have done on here and paint yours?

Some body shops will sell you paint. Also some auto body supply stores will as well, even put it in a spray cans for you. Member Tko_818 has done that. Pm him he might be able to steer you in the right direction. We don't do that at my body shop, so i don't have much experience with the spray can thing.

I had some chrome skull caps on my mirrors and took them off, sanded the chrome down to the plastic, then primed and painted them and cleared them. I used Dupli-color exact match paint for my Oxford white '09. Got all the stuff to do it from O'rielly's.
Or you can...Grab the face of the mirror, pop it off evenly, then release the tabs holding your skull caps on the inner mirror. Remove the skull cap, replace mirror glass, make sure it snaps in all the way around. Take the skullcap to a Ford body shop and all them to paint them. They will have the color more available than independent body shops. When you get it back, just snap it on the mirror, you won't have to take the glass off to snap it back in.
