Clicking/Popping Noise... Blend Motor?
Hey guys. Occasionally (and not consistently at all) when I start the truck I get a repetitive popping and clicking sounds behind the dash. Last about 5-10 seconds at most. Never happens any other time. I've even turned air on and off and changed settings and can't reproduce. Air still blows pretty cold both sides
So is this related to HVAC at all? Or something else?
It's a 2013 Lariat with 70k miles and Dual Climate control

Update to no one: have not been able to tackle this project as physical therapy school has been a beast lately, but should have time in next couple weeks, so, you know if anyone out there has input that would still be great

I can't really provide any help except to agree that the blend door is probably a likely culprit. I had similar sounding symptoms with my old '01 Explorer which turned out to be the blend door.

Thanks!
Its not affecting the air (besides the fact the AC is subpar in the first place); just makes the clicking when ever I cycle the fan to only blow through the upper vents, so I guess no need to fret.
I even went by the dealer today and talked with them. They agreed that it was drivers side blend door. My understanding was the drivers side was VERY expensive to have fixed at Ford, but he (service manager) said $400-500 and that the passenger side was closer to $1300. That sounds backwards to me.
Either way I will probably end up trying myself to save the coin
