Gotta be more specific than that.

Are you you going to the drag strip?
Need more response on the freeway?
Just want to look cool in the Walmart parking lot?

1. Premium tune
2. BBK 73MM throttlebody
3. Upgrade your gears to 4.10 or higher, front and rear if you're 4x4

You'll probably be fine with just a tune and nothing else. I would skip a "cold air intake" and exhaust, the factory stuff is pretty free flowing.

Looking for better truck performance, it was a gift from the wife and she just looked at price, mileage and looks not what's under the hood like most guys would so I'm trying to beef it up some. Besides most women hang out inside of Walmart lol

5.0 swap

Tune will wake it up, skip intake unless you do tune with it. Honestly that’s all I’d do. Should be fine for a DD, if you really want to spin tires and turn heads trade it off for the V8. That being said the 3.7 is a fine engine for what it is, efficient for a commuter and quick enough.

I was taking my soldiers to lunch and punched on the gas to get on the highway and my engine sounded like it was going to explode and they all laughed. It made a lot of noise and didn't do **** I was embarrassed.

the 3.7 is not a turd it just don't have the power the V8's do. i drove a '13 model with the 3.7 at work, it has more get up and go than my '04 4.6L V8. i wouldn't mind having one but i don't like how high rpm's they run
