Default Clicking Noise

What’s this clicking noise coming from under my dash . I have a 2012 XLT and I get this short sequence of clicking noise (about 4 loud Clicks) in sequence when I start my truck. There must be a TSB on this. Anyone know about this? Thanks

Does your hvac work properly? Correct temp, correct exit vents that you've set?

Default Clicking Noise

Every is working correctly on my HVAC, in other words, correct temperature selected and correct vents selected. The noise appears to be coming from behind the dash, possibly from behind the radio, not sure. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this noise without tearing up my truck?

I suspect / fear you have a blend door actuator dying. I have a feeling that's where Spiky was going too. It's an ugly job.

Same problem on my 2012. I have replaced all three actuators and even unplugged them all and still hear the clicking. Any ideas???
