Default Cleaning xlt jump seat armrest

I have an XLT jump seat. the style with the hard rubber/plastic around the cup holders. From resting my arm there it has started to get REALLY dirty and the color has started to get darker, changing from light gray to a dark gray heading towards black. It is a grained/textured material so it's not a flat, easy-to-clean type material. Its very similar to the door panels but its more of a rubber material instead of a hard plastic.
Ive had luck with glass cleaner on stuff like this in the past but on this I cant seem to get it clean.

has anyone had any luck with getting the plastic on the console to look clean and new again?
