Question Dumb question, but centered front license plate? HOW?

How are you guys mounting your front license plates? I'm currently deployed and only have pictures of my new f150. I'm just curious of how? Also, isnt the gap there to get more air to help cool the engine? Should i just mount it to the side? I think it kind of looks stupid, but whatever will be better. Thanks!

The ecoboost motors have an intercooler and the license plate must be mounted offset so the intercooler gets air. You cant cover the hole with a plate.

There is a bracket that you can buy from the dealer for front license plates. Question is do you have the EB and if so you can only mount it to the side so you don't block the air getting to the intercooler.

Thanks for the input. I do not have a Ecoboost, so i'll talk to a dealer and see about the bracket.
