Question Chrome side mouldings from Platinum on XLT?

I have a '13 blue jeans XLT, and I was thinking the chrome side mouldings from the Platinum would look good and not add much weight. Is it possible to add these without drilling holes or spending a fortune? Anyone done this?

Sorry... They are not only clad stick on them also have tabs that go into the sheet metal of the car. It seems Ford took some extra steps to avoid this change being too easy.

The side moldings are one reason I got a Platinum. I got tired of door dings from dumba** people in parking lots on the last two trucks.
