Seat rail? Seriously or are you jaggin me?
Well you didn't define the conditions of your "chirps" very well. I will think about it more when I take my "brake".
My seat rail was "chirping" and it was replaced and is fairly common.
Was simply trying to help you.

I do not hear it when the windows are up. It is definitely something outside of the truck. Sounds to me that it is coming from the front possibly the front right. It isn't 100% of the time but when it does it, I haven't been able to narrow it down to a single variable. Such as hitting bumps turning exact speed. The only thing that has been is that it seems it has to be hot. Coming home from midnight last night it was only 50 degrees here in Pittsburgh and I didn't hear it however when it's warm outside OR I put some heat to it by driving a good bit the chirping starts. It definitely sounds metal to metal to me. Just wasn't sure if anyone has experienced this. Or had an idea

And I appreciate your input. I was just asking because some people on this site love to just type random off the wall things on people's posts.

Do you have the "little" 3.7L engine? It could be the hamsters are revolting.

Hey, let's start another "my engine is better than your engine" thread.

Or we could just focus on the OPs issue... with the truck.

No I have the 3.5. And the sound does not change by the RPM's of the motor. So if i rev it doesn't do anything. Have to be moving for this sound to show.

Lol and please let's not start that my engine was the better decision here guys I hate that stuff. ( self sensored). Same team here guys all FORD owners but some of these posts you would think people are trying to switch everyone to dodge or Chevy or some random thing

Check your calipers for pebbles or other foreign objects (not to be confused with the actual parts made in China.)

Already did that as well. Both calipers are clear an rotors show no signs of gouging or random grooves

I know you said it sounds like it's in the front, but did you try to lightly apply the emergency brake while it's chirping?

I have not since normally when I hear it I'm going 20mph+. But I'll give that a shot if I hear it while going slower.
