I use Mobil 1 because I can get it at Costco cheap the dealer sells the filters at a price that competes with all. Eco is easy to change oil, in fact I find it easier than my 11 5.0. Love to hate this truck. 4th Ford each one either on back on TSB or issues so I'm changing next truck, lost faith after 4 that they can get things right the first time. BTW I have owned 1985 to present and currently own a Nissan (12 Altima) none have put me through the pain of the last 4 Fords for what it's worth.

I agree. Good luck with Government Motors' attempt to be top of the line, fail.

Been using only Mobil 1 for the last 10 or 12 years. There is no doubt that there are other great motor oils out there, but I depend on this one. I change every 5000 mile because it is easy to remember. ( 4 vehicles )
If I can't get a Motorcraft filter I only buy Wix. It's a quality filter made with quality parts. If I can't get either of those, I wait to do the change.
