Wadz....all these new pics....the truck looks very nice! I know how you are feeling right now everytime you look at your truck with that hood on there. I still have that same feeling a year later when I look at my truck with the hood on there.

awesome pics! now just waiting for this to become available from Cervinis.

or... is this an extra to the original hood so they can be purchased separately. though you mentioned that the duct is attached with 3M and screws. I suppose the screws need to be part of the hood.

Thanks DonTas, it's been my understanding that they will be making the underhood duct available separately. When they shipped me the hood the under hood duct was not attached. I'm not sure if they'll be shipping this way in the future.

For people who already have the hood, mounting it with the 3M tape and the screws provided is straight forward.

Good news, I customized the K&D housing box and its fits perfect. I would caveat that going forward anyone intending on order this hood should spend some time ensure that the housing of the CAI is not higher than the Fords stock one. If it is keep in mind that if its over 2" higher you'll need to do some cutting of the housing I.e. trimming to make it fit. I needed to do this to my K&N as it was about 3 inches higher than Ford's stock intake.

See above!~ I like that it delivers a definite presence, combined with the growl and overall look its the kind of statement I was looking for.

Joking aside, I personally can hear, albeit minor an increase growl. I attribute it to the openings/venting in the hood. It may also have something to do with the under hood duct lining up to the CAI creating a increase in drown or growl but that may be a stretch. Anyways, however you quantify it, I personally can hear an increased growl in the 5.0.
