Checked the 2013 parts list and the part number for the lock cylinder is 8L3Z-1506082-A, Tasca wants $44.29 for it. Ouch.
Have you looked into getting the current one re-keyed? It's a flimsy plastic piece, and comes out really easily. I know I was told all F150 keys will lock and unlock them when I did my console swap, but I can only lock mine, not unlock it.

Actually, I'm not swapping the lock, its part of the original lid, I bought a new one (doesn't come with a lock) and had a member here embroider it for me, just looking to fill the hole and don't want to take the original apart to do it. I'll find some sort of black cap to put in there. Oh, and I think its illegal to even say gun here.. (moving to southern Midwest very soon)

Try putting your key in the old lock and keep turning it clockwise after it hits the locked point. In my console, that lock popped right out without much force applied to it, and popping it back in was just a matter of putting it back in the original hole and turning it counterclockwise again. You should be able to just reuse the old lock in your new lid
