Just got this and playing with tunes and it takes a long time to back up stock tune is this normal and tonight it took forever and when it finally backed up and started to download tune it said battery to low

Most of the time usually takes 5 to 10 mins to tune with the x4 but sometimes it does take longer, doesn't mean anything is wrong, I've had em take up to 20 - 25 mins to tune before. And first time you tune it when it backs up the factory oem tune it always takes the longest. And if getting that warning, just hook it up to a batter tender or take a good drive before you tune it again and let the alt charge up the battery a bit.

update the tuner. my 2012 took right at 10 min every time. i updated the tuner last week and now it takes 4 minutes
