They quoted 39,070 and I offered 37,555. Out the door prices.

I have dealt with guys like this. I have only bought one vehicle in my life and i am 29. I called Lenz Truck Center about a truck they had on there website (they are around 3 hours from me) just to ask what/if they would do any better on the price of a truck i liked. (I had no trade in and was buying outright). The huy said they wouldnt negotiate the price and that it was set perfectly for that truck. I told him i found an identical truck within 600 miles on the odometer for the same listed price and that they said if i drove down they would give me a better price. Lenz flat out called me a liar and i bought the my truck else where. I will never buy from lenz if they were the last place to get a ford truck

ha ! we should all call and ask for him personally, and then give him a bunch more ridiculous offers!

any business person worth their weight in gold these days knows that social media and technology will KILL their business/reputation if they mistreat their customers.

I'm not knocking it, but I wonder what offer your sales guy took to the sales manager? I don't see the "rediculous" part of an offer that was only $1500 off.
