Default cancelled Sirrus - how to remove from menu?

We never listened to the Sirrus radio stuff so we didn't pay for the service when our months were up. How (if possible) do you remove the sirrus selections from the menu? Every time I want to switch from FM to USB or CD, I have to go through Sirrus-1 (no subscription), to Sirrus-2, 3, etc. I'm talking about using the controls on the steering wheel. I have to keep hitting <media> to advance past these three dead links to get to CD or USB. Any way to remove the Sirrus channel options from the menu or do I have to live with that??

Last year, before my wife convinced me to restart the Sirius subscription, I tried to do the same thing, but with no luck. Just like USB always shows up, even though there is nothing plugged into the USB port.

Good question.

Do all factory radios have Sirius? I wonder if the menu option shows up if there's a satellite radio gizmo connected. Anyone have the wiring diagram?

Not all radios come satellite equipped. It's a $195 option if you order one - most on the lot have it (but not all) because......... surprise surprise - there's $$$ exchanged between the auto company and satellite company.

Anyone know which wires go from the satellite radio module into the main head unit?

Don't you have Sync? While listening to FM all I do is push the voice comand button on the steering wheel and say USB.

Anyone ever figure out if there is a way to remove the Sirius "You are Not Subscribed" from the media menu. I want to get rid of Sirius completely.

Not to mention phone calls I've asked a number of times for them to stop calling me and they keep calling me. In fact anytime I get a call from a 1 800 number I just answer the phone by saying hello Sirius.
