Ford customer service
I just wasted almost 2hrs today at 2 different ford dealership. All I'm trying to do is get my remote enble on my truck. First place had no clue whay I was talking about. I even gave them the ford instructions on how to do it. 2nd place says they only have 1 guy whom could do it but was unable to do it today. I swere I will not own another ford product. I might switch to dodge.

With all due respect, the problem has little to do with Ford's truck.

Hahaha...that's the solution go get a Dodge. In my past life I was a Chrysler parts manager... 2 days at Ford is 2 weeks at Dodge. I graduated from Chrysler to Ford and enjoyed many fun years as a Service Director and Parts Manager for Ford. Past life, cuz today I do engineering things.
I would call ahead to a dealer to make sure they understand your concern and to determine if the right person is available to commit to your needs.

The process to do what I need them to do take like less than 5 mins. I have worked in the middle east for the last 6 yrs and I swear the customer service back here in the states is almost as bad as a 3rd world country. The other thing that got me was they open at 7am. Which is the time I got there but the so call techs don't get in until 8am. Why open when when they can't do any work unitl 1 hr later?

For the same reason that the techs here leave at 6 and the service writers are there til 7...for our convenience. I like being able to drop it off, not miss work, and pick it up. Keeps me from having to make special arrangements. I utilize the dealership's free drop off and pick up shuttle too.
