My wife's old cart got part of the plastic rear bumper torn loose when the rising rag thing got caught between the bumper and quarter panel.

I'm not sure what type of carwash you use. It looks like a carwash accident to me.

Still looks to me like someone pushed it forward based on the shape of the dimples. You would have noticed that easily when you got the truck. Still take it in though maybe they will help.

Do you have kids? The damage looks like some one was hanging off the mirror. I didn't see any marks on the mirror so i would say no one hit it or used anything to pull it off.

I use the car wash all the time and never seen any damage like that.

I would call the local police department to come and look at it. They will do up a damage to auto report for your insurance company.
