Default USB key issues
Is there a trick to the USB key upload? I have tried two different USB keys and the screen says unsupported device for both of them.

How do you make a custom myford touch wallpaper? Do I need to install some kind of software like photoshop?

You can use just about any photo editing software you want. Save the image to 800 px x 384 px in a JPG format and upload using a USB drive to your truck.

I think the size is 800 x 384 pixels for MFT display.
