Has anyone found a aftermarket kit for a 2012 F 150 cabin Air filter. I can't believe a 50 thousand dollar truck does not have one already

No. A million times NO! There is no retro-fit kit for the gen' 12 F-150.

Fabricating a solution would involve filtration between input ...

And/or involve ...

m3dragon @ FordRaptorForum was looking-into a possible solution, however, that was back-in Dec'2014 with the last comment being ..."Will know more after March 21. Tearing truck down and will have better access. Issue is inlet is at the bottom of the area so making something fit will be a PAIN. As I will have the truck apart I will have a better access to mock up stuff". REFERENCE: -POST-
