it's on a slow setting, radio off hvac off, listen closely... I hear it cycle

TED it is, ran the seat heat this AM and by putting my ear at the seat surface I could hear the fan. I could not detect air movement butt detected heat.

Thanks for the schooling.

Yes they do cycle in heated mode
