The valve is for sale at all parts places. in the pic is it indicated by code 19D644. But unless you are certified to work on hvac I would take it to the dealer. I am certified and would still take it to them.

 

If a piece of ring from one of the pistons inside the compressor broke off it could block the txv pin and cause the freon to build up and blow out the high pressure relief valve.
