Default A/C Problems

Well I got in my truck after school today and turn the a/c on and the my driver side vents were blowin hot air and my passenger vents were blowing whatever temperature I had it set on. I read around and am thinking its a bad blend door actuator but I wanted to know if anyone had the same problem and fixed it on their own instead of spending $900 at the dealer. Any help would be appreciated. Btw I have a 2009 KR with the automatic climate control.

This happened to me except my heater was blowing cold. It was the blend door and fortunately was covered under warranty.
