XLT's don't get the rear console vents like the FX, Lariat, and Platinum's do because they don't have a flow through console - AKA nowhere to hide the A/C ducts.

ya i don't trust any of them anyhow. but i don't have air coming out of mine in any setting of the a/c. (and thats why i thought he might be right)

wait. what?
as someone else said, it has to be set on floor or mix to send air to the rear vents. if you have it on max or upper only, it won't work.

I wish they did come wit the rear vents. Does anyone have the part# for the rear console w/ vents?
I would like to make the "under the seat" vents go to the center console. I would make my own duct work and would have to use the "floor and dash" option to make them work

Almost there with rear air.
I found a schematic that shows the part numbers for the ductwork and vents that would go under the flowthrough console and they said they can order them. The issue is that I don't know what that connects to and if whatever that is is different from XLT to Lariat or FX. The PN for the first section of duct is 19D633 and I was told it was $37. The sceond section that goes all the way through and terminates where the rear vents are is PN 18C420B which is $70.
If anyone has removed their flowthrough console and seen how that is connected please let us know. I am building a flowthrough console right now and getting air to the back seat is one of my goals.
Here is a link to the schematic. I want to know how 19D633 connects to the AC system.
