I soak my engine down in simple green and wash it once a month. I just make sure the exhaust manifolds cool off first.

That is a ton of miles in 4-5 years... wow.
At least you know they are highway!
OP: I found this truck in 30 seconds....it's only an XLT, but its 18,000 for a 2010 crew with 125k

Sold my 06 5.4L and looking to get something better on fuel that can still tow my 6000# boat.
Any of you have any hesitation buying a 2011 1owner ecoboost with 115K on the dash? It is the XLT 4x4 crew cab for 21,000. Anything I should look for? I have been trying to read as much as possible, but so many mixed reviews.

We saw more problems with the 2011 simply because it has been around longer.

Around here (central Texas), you can buy a new F-150 for about the same or maybe slightly more than a used 2 or 3 year old truck. That played a significant role in me buying new rather than used when I bought mine.

Exactly why it doesn't make sense for us to buy used.
