Default Buying a brand new 2013 wrecked truck

What grounds do you have it you purchase a new vehicle only to find out that it's had the front clip replaced along with control arms and suspension?

My buddy just bought a new 2013 fx4 and took it in with 4000 miles for a bad vibration. right away the tech said it had been wrecked and pointed everything out, including damaged fins on the radiator where it had been taken out.

He called the dealership and is waiting on them to call him back before he gets an attorney involved.

He may have a consumer fraud claim against the dealer, but he needs to consult the laws of the state where he resides to know for sure.

When you say your buddy just bought a new truck, did it have 4000 miles on it when he bought it? Was it a demo?

If it was previously in a wreck, I would assume it had miles on it before he bought it.

If it was previously wrecked the dealer is legally obligated to inform him. He needs to take a look at his title
