Burnouts

Hopefully the only place you are doing burnouts while tanked is in your own damn driveway. No one else deserves to be on the road with someone in a 6000lb truck after a few too many.

**** burnouts are fun as hell, but when you're drunk.... THEY'RE GODLY HAHA! I live out in the desert, and Don't want a dui dwi whatever so I go into the desert trails when I'm drunk. Its fun and don't hurt no one except myself if anything goes wrong.

Hey man, every state is different but I'm going to say with confidence that you can defiantly still get a DUI even if off-road. Here in ME there are plenty of wardens around to issue them, pretty sure nat. park and forest rangers can too.
I've looked at it fairly closely because 1) I like to drink 2) I like to drink with friends 3) I don't live with my friends and 4) as a merchant mariner, getting a DUI basically screws me for at least* a year. No job = no truck = no smokey rwd burnouts (and a lot of other stuff but you get the idea).
In ME you can be "drinking" (i.e. beer in hand) on your own property while operating a motor blah blah blah (atv's included). Once you're off your own land the same open container and all that sort of stuff applies.
But anyway, I find that my good ol' LS rear does a 2 wheel peel just fine. Guess that's one situation where I'm glad I didn't get the locker!
