Default Bumpers???

Havent been on in a pretty good while thought I would stop by and get some input from the fellow F150 owners out there, I hit a deer last Friday night and did just enough damage to cause me to need a new bumper which in a way im kinda happy because I have been wanting a new bumper for the truck but at the same time I have to fork out $500 for my deductible lol oh well. Im thinking of getting the ranch hand bull nose bumper and just wanted to see what anyone else might have, help me find a new bumper

That likely won't protect you from a deer, you need more protection than a bull bar. I have an aliarc.com and hit them at 70 mph with no damage at all. Cost 1800$, well worth it though. There are many options out there, depends how much you want to spend and what look you like. I personally don't like ranch hands because I have a lariat and ranch hands look cheap with their diamond plating and square tubing but they are strong and will do the job of you get a full one with headlight and grill protection, not a bull bar. I forget all the brands but there are literally tons. Buck stop, fab four, some guy in Arkansas is starting to make one that looks decent, though his was a bull bar he said he could do full protection. How much you willing to spend? That's your main limiting factor.

Thanks, and yea they do if they want to hit deer and not pay insurance deductibles, haha! I love the bumper and it looks good on my truck but if it wasn't a necessity for where I live I probably wouldn't have it. I love the look of Ford without a massive bumper also.

I'm a fan of iron cross bumpers. I've always thought they looked mean. Never been a fan of diamond plate bumpers. And that is a serious bumper! If its even fit to be called that. Haha

Sult that is one hell of a bumper you have on your truck looks like it would do the job for sure, im looking to spend around $1000 trying to save right now and really don't want to dip into savings.

I have a body guard truck accessories bumper that cost a little under $1500. I love this thing! You can also get it in smooth steel.
