Once I get the truck aligned again and if it continues I'm looking at either replacing the upper control arm or getting something similar to the blinsteins. Rancho has something that does the same thing. If I go that route I will replace all 4 shocks. Listed the link below.

The very second I installed the Bilsteins both issues were gone.
Im just reffering to the tie rod/a arm angles being the same whether you use struts or a spacer.

Please explain how bilstiens reduce bumpsteer...? The bilstiens are stiffer and control your wheels better so that is probably what your feeling. Bumpsteer angles would be the same with either setup.

The angles are the same on flat ground but they are way different when turning, or if the 2 front wheels are uneven. Because the spacers force the whole suspension down 2" and the Bilsteins pre-load the strut inside the assembly, so it works the same way as stock, just with mostly upward force. That is why when my truck had the spacers, the a-arms would hit the coils all the time, it made the suspension over droop when the tension from the road was lessened. I am sure that the stiffer shocks, and pre-loaded spring helps the feel of it as well.

I just want to resolve this issue and not have to worry about my truck getting sideways when I'm driving over bad roads. That being said if the Bilsteins work to resolve the issue, the Ranchos will also?
