Did i really just read that?? So you should only mod your truck if it is going to be expensive? Sooo does this mean that all lower priced mods look bad and make it look like your a broke *****?

I've been thinking a big bar would look bad on a half ton, but you have proved me wrong. That looks awesome.

I like the looks of the bull bars but, I agree that they do look better on the non stock trucks....But everyone has their own opinion...whatever trips your trigger

i think the big brush guards are too much....I like what rockstar's looks like but would not do it myself

Many people buy front end protection for just that: front end protection. The Bull Bars (pick your brand) give none of that. They make fine light mounts, and add jewelry to the front end of a truck.

The Smittybuilts and Go Rhino/et al use such thin gauge materials that they will crumple up in a slight skirmish with just about anything.

-Just know what you're buying.... and why.

Oh c'mon, they give a little protection. I'm not sure who/what hit my $150, Ebay bull bar, but I'm pretty sure it saved me from buying a new bumper. Holds the lights too.

Real nice ride, and on a budget too. I kinda cheaped mine out too.

IMO I say everyone has their own opinion of the bull bar. Some work..some just don't..My guess would be buy it if you don't like it just sell it. At least you could say "hey at least I tried it.
