Brought another one to the dark side
My Father in law bought a 2013 FX4 EcoBoost crewcab today. It's black with black leather. Decked out with HIDs and moonroof. He is the 4th person I've sold on the F150 after letting them drive mine. 3 went EB and 1 went 5.0. Can't go wrong either way. 3 have bought from the guy who sold me my truck. His dealership sends me $100 per referral. Not too bad.

Retired and loving it!
A drive with either engine will surely sell this Ford truck. It's a fantastic vehicle!

That's awesome!
Also got my father in law to switch. He was a long time GM guy and would never consider a Ford. After test driving a new Chevy and then a new Ford , he ordered a new Platinum 5.0. The truck has arrived and he is signing the paperwork tomorrow.

I too have converted one! Actually, my truck did. A coworker is a diehard Chevy guy. Told me last summer he would be buying a new Silverado within the year. Well, he told me at work about 2 weeks ago he was looking at buying a loaded black LTZ Silverado. Massive rebates. I recommended he simply go out in the parking lot and check out my F150. He laughed. I dismissed it and wished him luck. An hour later, he tracked me down asking a bunch of questions. Next thing I know he is calling me from a Ford dealership after driving a leftover Lariat with the 5.0. He was headed back to the Chevy lot to drive the LTZ. A little time passed and he texted me that he couldnt believe it but I was to help him find a F150. He picks up his 2013 FX4 5.0 on sat. Said his family begged him not to buy the Silverado after riding in the F150. As for him, we said "wow". I didnt realize how much better in every aspect the Ford is. First time EVER he had driven an F150. He said something about his family disowning him.....

My wife's dad is a hard core chevy guy. I let him borrow my 2010 Plat while visiting over the xmas break. He came back and said "sure is a lot of junk on there to go wrong" & "have fun paying 1k to change the spark plugs at 100k miles. Every mechanic I know said the plugs always break off when trying to remove them, so they charge no less than $150 a cylinder when doing a tune up".
Really kinda pissed me off that I was doing him a favor and he was such a jerk about it.
