Default M14 2.0 lug nuts

After tire rotation I am attempting to re-torque the lug nut on my 2014 F150(as Ford recommends). The 13/16 socket I have is too tight and will not properly seat on the lug nut. What size socket should I use?

So just as a follow-up I measured with a caliper the size of the socket that came with the tire jack kit and it does in fact measure 21mm which is approximately .826 inches. A 13/16 socket that has been mentioned elsewhere is .8125 inches which explains why it is too tight/does not fit.

Up thru and into the 70's all American made vehicles used SAE sizing, all thru out the 80's into the 90's they mixed in metric along with SAE. Pretty much everything now is all metric.
