Well I decided to treat myself to my own valentines gifts yesterday! Just turned 6k miles on my 6.2 platinum and decided its time to wake this baby up with some aftermarket parts. Roughly $1700 later I have a corsa cat back exhaust system, Mikes SCT X3 tuner and an AFE stage 2 air intake on the way! Im pretty stoked to find out how these parts will help the trucks performance and sound! I will try to post some pics of the progess later. Any suggestions or tips on installation is welcome..

Question...what made you choose the corsa cat back versus the others?

Mostly just from listening to sound clips on different systems and talking to afew experts on exhaust systems. Corsa has a very good reputation on crisp clean sound with no drone while cruising. I have owned other systems in the past that were entirerly too loud and I am trying to avoid that. Theres a lot of clips on the net from the raptors which is the same engine I have.. I'll let you know how it turns out..

Excellent choice with the Corsa! Had a Corsa on my Tundra and it sounded soooooo good. Shame the rest of the truck was a POS.

hey silver platinum...did you install the corsa catback system? I have a black 2012 6.2 and thinking about the same exaust..worth the investment?
